At the heart of Dive Maestro are two passionate dive professionals, Aldwin and Kate, whose shared love for the ocean brought them together both in life and in purpose.
With years of combined experience in water sports, scuba education, and marine conservation, they have built Dive Maestro on the belief that DIVING IS ONLY FUN WHEN IT’S SAFE and truly meaningful when it gives back to the ocean.
As certified NAUI AND CMAS Instructors and Divemasters, Aldwin and Kate are committed not just to training divers but to shaping responsible stewards of the sea. Together, they lead with dedication, knowledge, and a deep respect for the underwater world, making Dive Maestro a community where passion and purpose unite.
Aldwin
The Dive Maestro & Mentor 🌊🤿
From a young age, Aldwin’s life has been shaped by the water—starting as a competitive swimmer, later embracing wakeboarding, surfing, freediving, and ultimately finding his greatest passion in scuba diving. With years of dedication and experience, he has grown into a highly respected dive professional and mentor.
Today, Aldwin is a certified NAUI Instructor and CMAS Dive Professional, sharing his expertise with divers of all levels. Known for his calm presence and patient guidance, he ensures that every diver feels safe, confident, and inspired.
But Aldwin’s mission goes beyond teaching—he is deeply committed to marine conservation and sustainable diving practices, regularly leading underwater cleanups and promoting ocean stewardship. His vision for Dive Maestro is to create not just skilled divers, but a community that loves, respects, and protects the ocean.
Kate
The Dive Master & Ocean Advocate 🌊✨
Kate’s journey is proof that anyone can fall in love with the ocean and dedicate their life to protecting it. What started as a spark of curiosity has grown into a lifelong passion for diving and marine conservation. Today, she is a certified Dive Master with NAUI and CMAS, and also serves as a Field Instructor for Organic Coral Propagation.
As the heart of Dive Maestro’s welcoming community, Kate is known for her warmth, patience, and ability to inspire new divers. She helps others build confidence underwater while nurturing a deeper appreciation for marine life. Her passion for conservation shines through in every dive—ensuring that protecting and cherishing the ocean is just as important as exploring it.
Together with Aldwin, she represents Dive Maestro’s mission: making diving safe, fun, and meaningful through both adventure and care for the ocean.

At Dive Maestro, protecting the ocean is at the heart of what we do. What makes our Coral Restoration Project even more meaningful is that Kate, our Divemaster and a certified Organic Coral Propagation Instructor, leads it.
Kate’s journey started with a love for diving and a curiosity about how we can give back to the ocean that gives us so much. That passion grew into a commitment—teaching others how to restore reefs, nurture coral growth, and ensure that future generations of divers can experience vibrant, thriving marine life.
